Allison's comeback info (on the real side)

Last night's webcast announcer for MSG's coverage of NY at Charlotte said that he spoke to Allison Feaster before the game. She told him that she didn't realize how critical her back and leg muscles were to her shot until trying to return to form from her prenancy. I can see this. Makes sense to me. In fact, Allison is probably also facing a social fear of "disconnectedness" associated therewith that has to be explicitly encountered and dealt with. But is anyone out there making note of this; maybe even a physician whose own birth certificate reads "female", "baby girl", or something. I'm thinking, probably like someone's out there taking note of the incidence of ACL injury in women's basketball. Hey, this is the beginning of a new relationship.

And about that game last night, women do not win (and no other cause wins) when the public's intelligence is insulted.

On the other hand, everyone gains when society increases its understanding of phenomenon that affects even only a segment of the society in general.

Food for thought.
